No. Data isolation is enforced at the database level, independently of the application. Your organisation's data is completely invisible to every other organisation on the platform. This isolation cannot be bypassed by application software.

Your data is stored in the Microsoft Azure data centre region you choose, based on your office location. All data associated with a given office is stored and processed exclusively within that region. Cross-border data access is denied by default.

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Encryption keys are managed in dedicated Azure Key Vaults and are never exposed to application code.

All users authenticate through Microsoft Entra ID with mandatory multi-factor authentication. No passwords are stored in Ecsper. Sessions are validated, scoped to the user's organisation and role, and fully auditable.

No. Ecsper never trains AI models on client data. All AI operations pass through a governed gateway. Your data is processed only for the tasks you initiate, within the governance perimeter, and with a complete audit trail.
