Matt Molloy

Matt Molloy is a highly experienced dispute resolver and the Managing Director of MCMS Limited, Dispute Resolution. He has been appointed in over 900 construction and engineering disputes as adjudicator, arbitrator, mediator, expert determiner, and member of Conflict or Dispute Avoidance Panels and Boards. His work spans major UK and international projects across sectors including education, housing, infrastructure, energy, and process engineering.

Matt serves on multiple professional panels, including RICS, TeCSA, CIArb, CEDR, CIC, CIOB, and RIBA, as well as the Irish Government Panel of Construction Adjudicators and the FIDIC President’s List. He is also on the CIArb Panel of Construction Arbitrators and the RICS Select Panel of Construction and Engineering Arbitrators, and has been appointed by the ICC and DIFC-LCIA in relation to international arbitrations. In February 2021, he was appointed Chair of the ADR Management Board of the CIC.

As a mediator, Matt focuses on construction and property-related disputes, including multi-party and complex public-private cases. In 2024, he co-authored the book Adjudicating Construction and Engineering Disputes (London Publishing Partnership). He is also a part-time PhD student and Teaching Fellow at the Centre of Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London, researching international law and arbitration.

Matt joined the Ecsper Advisory Board in October 2025, bringing his deep expertise in dispute resolution and industry governance to support Ecsper’s mission.
