Mo Mahan

Mo Mahan is a quantum and commercial specialist with over 17 years of experience supporting high-value infrastructure, energy, and real estate projects across the EMEA region. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and MRICS with dual MSc degrees, Mo brings a rare blend of technical, commercial, and legal fluency to complex dispute and project environments.

Before joining Ecsper in October 2025 as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Mo worked with leading international firms including Kroll and WSP, where he supported expert witnesses in arbitration and litigation. His work delivering forensic quantum analysis, cost validation, and loss assessments on multi-billion-dollar disputes gave him first-hand insight into the operational and compliance challenges faced by experts.

At Ecsper, Mo leads operations and domain strategy, ensuring the platform mirrors the real-world workflow, integrity, and regulatory standards of expert witness practice. Drawing on his deep domain knowledge and passion for innovation, he is helping build the world’s first AI-native, compliance-by-design platform that makes expert evidence more defensible, efficient, and scalable for modern disputes.
