Peyman Mahan

Peyman Mahan is a digital transformation leader, entrepreneur, and innovator with over 25 years of experience designing enterprise technology systems for highly regulated industries. His career spans healthcare, life sciences, construction, energy, and sustainability, where he has led global programmes that blend compliance, scalability, and innovation.

Before founding Ecsper, Peyman served as Director of Digital Innovation at GSK, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, where he led emerging technology initiatives and helped architect data and AI platforms supporting complex international clinical trials. He has also advised global firms and governments, including McKinsey, EY, and Accenture, on digital strategy, AI adoption, and operational transformation.

At Ecsper, Peyman brings together his deep expertise in AI, compliance architecture, and workflow design to modernise the expert evidence process. Drawing on both his industry experience and his family connection to expert witness work, he leads Ecsper’s mission to build the world’s first AI-native, compliance-by-design platform for expert evidence, redefining how trusted knowledge becomes defensible insight across global disputes.
